Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return.
• Customized, personalized, special-order, and final-sale items are non-returnable.
• Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
