Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

Timing depends on the design, materials, and level of craftsmanship involved. Most custom pieces require approximately 4–8 weeks; we will provide an estimated schedule during your consultation.

Yes. A deposit is required before production begins. The amount and payment schedule will be discussed during your consultation and confirmed before work commences.
