Shipping Policy

At Valent's Gioielli, we take care to pack and ship every piece with the attention it deserves.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at: https://valentsgioielli.com/pages/contact

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future — stay tuned!
