Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return.
• Customized, personalized, special-order, and final-sale items are non-returnable.
• Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
